What insurance do you accept?
We accept most insurance plans to ensure you receive the care you need. However, please note that we do not accept the Oregon Health Plan. If you have any specific questions about your coverage, feel free to contact our office for assistance.

What do I wear to Physical Therapy?
We recommend wearing comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows for easy movement. Athletic wear such as shorts, leggings, t-shirts, and sneakers is ideal.

Do I need a referral?
Whether you need a referral for physical therapy depends on your insurance plan. We recommend giving us a call so we can help determine your specific requirements and guide you through the process.
